沿空留巷围岩给定变形及巷旁支护时机研究

Research on the given deformation of surrounding rock and the timing of roadway-side support in gob-side entry retaining

摘要: 为解决巷旁支护最佳时机的问题,对沿空留巷围岩结构进行分析,可知留巷基本顶的三铰接梁结构是沿空留巷围岩变形的关键因素,结合沿空留巷围岩给定变形对巷旁支护时机进行研究,提出巷旁支护应适应巷道围岩的给定变形,特别是顶板的给定变形运动。通过监测顶板下沉量判断三铰接梁结构的稳定情况,进而确定巷旁支护时机。采用数值模拟的方法,对神火集团薛湖煤矿沿空留巷过程中巷旁支护时机的合理性进行验证,结果表明:当巷旁支护滞后工作面煤壁10m时,支护效果良好,而巷旁支护最佳时机是滞后工作面煤壁25m,该结果可为该矿巷旁支护的现场施工提供技术支持。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of timing of roadway-side support, the structure of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining was analyzed, the analysis showed that the three hinged girder structure of the basic roof of retained roadway was the key factors of the deformation of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining, and combined with the given deformation of surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining to study the timing of roadway-side support, it's proposed that roadway-side support should adapt to the given deformation of surrounding rock of roadway, especially the given deformation of roof movement. Judging the situation of the basic roof contacting with coal gangue was needed to determine the timing of roadway-side support through monitoring the quantity of roof falling. The numerical simulation method was applied to assess the rationality of roadway-side support time in the process of gob-side entry retaining of Shenhuo group Xuehu coal mine, the result showed that when the roadway-side support lagged 10 m distance after working face, the support effect was good, and the best timing of roadway-side support was that the roadway-side support lagged 25 m distance after working face, these results could be used to provide technical support in site construction of gob-side entry retaining to the mine.
